Privacy & no-contact promise

Your number is for one thing: your plan. We don't market to you, and we don't share you.

Our promise: no promotional calls, no marketing SMS, no marketing emails, no sharing or selling of your details — ever. If you ever receive a call from anyone claiming to be Nikli that isn't about a plan you booked, tell us at hello@nikli.in.

1. What we collect

Booking form: date, time, duration, starting city, the activities you tick, your name, WhatsApp number, an optional trusted contact, and your private note.
We do not collect payment card details on the site; payment is made directly to Nikli's account after the quote.

2. Why we use it

To have your date partner confirm the plan and quote the fee on WhatsApp.
To share the plan and live location with the trusted contact you named — nobody else.
To reach you during the plan if there is a safety issue.

That's the full list. We don't use your number for offers, reminders about other plans, newsletters, surveys or retargeting.

3. Your private note

Whatever you write in the private note is shown to your assigned date partner only. It isn't read by other staff, isn't used for marketing or analysis, and is deleted from our systems 30 days after your plan ends (or immediately on request).

4. Who sees your details

Your date partner: name, number, plan details and private note.
Nikli coordinator: name, number and plan details for safety — not the private note.
Your trusted contact: only if you add one, and only the plan and live location.
Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or share your data with advertisers or partners.

5. Where it's stored

Booking data is stored on servers located in India, protected by access controls, and kept only as long as needed to run your plan and meet legal obligations (up to 12 months for booking records; 30 days for private notes).

6. Your rights

Email hello@nikli.in from the number or address you booked with to see what we hold, correct it, or delete it. We respond within 7 working days. Deleting your data cancels any upcoming plan.

7. Cookies and tracking

This site uses no analytics cookies, ad pixels or third-party trackers. Only the essentials needed to load the page and submit the form.

8. Children

Nikli is for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
