The short version: you're the boss of the plan, Nikli's fee covers your date partner's time only, and everything spent during the trip is paid by you.
Nikli connects women guests with verified date partners for private experiences — drives, trips, treks, spa days, dance and cooking sessions, night rides and custom plans. Every plan is one guest (plus a friend if you add one) and one date partner. Nikli is not a travel agency, a tour operator or a matchmaking service.
Nikli's charge is the date partner's cost only. It pays for your date partner's time, planning and presence. It does not include anything else.
Every cost during the trip is paid by you, the client — not by your date partner. This includes, without limit:
These are paid by you directly as they arise. If your date partner pays something on your behalf to keep the day moving, you reimburse it the same day. Your date partner is never expected to spend their own money on your plan, and Nikli does not add a markup on trip costs.
Once booked, the plan follows your choices — route, timing, pace, activities and changes on the day. Your date partner's job is to make it happen. There are only two limits, and they apply to everyone:
If a plan crosses either line, your date partner or the Nikli coordinator may pause or end it, and no refund is due. Nikli's date partners are professionals; they are not asked to provide, and will not provide, any service beyond companionship for the experience booked.
Governed by our cancellation policy: no refunds on confirmed bookings; free date change with at least 7 days' notice; no change or refund inside 7 days; full refund or free reschedule if your date partner cancels.
Respect works both ways. Harassment, abuse or threats toward a date partner end the plan immediately without refund and may result in a permanent ban. The same standard applies to date partners, with immediate removal from Nikli.
Nikli arranges the date partner. Third-party services used during the trip — vehicles, hotels, venues, instructors — are provided by those third parties under their own terms. To the extent permitted by law, Nikli's liability for any plan is limited to the fee you paid to Nikli for it.

We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your booking applies. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
